It is engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring stable, compact, and long-lasting heat exchange performance.

The exchanger typically uses a square plate pack formed from thin metal sheets (0.6–1.0 mm). Standard materials include stainless steel 304 and 316L, while titanium, Hastelloy, and other alloys can be selected for harsh operating conditions.

Welding Technology
Plates are joined using fully automated laser welding or TIG welding, ensuring high weld integrity and eliminating the need for gaskets. This design prevents leakage caused by gasket aging, corrosion, or failure.
Frame Design
The welded plate pack is installed in a robust frame with four-sided or six-sided removable panels, allowing convenient access for inspection and high-pressure water cleaning. This hybrid design preserves the strength of a welded exchanger while offering the serviceability of a gasketed unit.

Working Principle
Hot and cold media flow through alternating channels between the plates in counter-flow or cross-flow arrangement. The corrugated plate geometry disrupts laminar boundary layers, generating turbulence even at low flow rates—and thereby greatly increasing heat transfer performance.
